Refunds Policy

• You are entitled to cancel your booking for a full refund (deposit + final payment) 14 days before your event's date, no questions asked.

• After 14 days, only the final payment is fully refundable, deposits are not.

• If the event's date changes, you must inform us no later than 3 days before the event. No amount is refundable after that date. We will always strive to work with you through any unexpected changes.

You can inform us of your decision to cancel by e-mailing info@sajandspice.com, or via Instagram direct message at @sajandspice. We will reimburse you no later than 2 days from the day on which we acknowledge your request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
