The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing prior to payment and is required to secure the event date.
The final payment is fully refundable if cancellation is made 3 or more days before the scheduled event date.
If the event is cancelled within 3 days of the event date, no refunds will be issued for any payments made, including both the deposit and final payment.
Event Date Changes
Any request to change the event date must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled event date. Requests made within 3 days of the event will be treated as a cancellation and will follow the refund policy above (no refunds).
The Caterer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes, but availability is not guaranteed.
You can inform us of your decision to cancel by e-mailing info@sajandspice.com, or via Instagram direct message at @sajandspice. You will be reimbursed within 1-7 business days depending on the payment method used and your bank.
